  • Donations to the Washtenaw County Republican Party are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.
  • By donating, you certify that the contribution is made from your own funds and not from a corporation, labor union, foreign national, or other prohibited source under Michigan or federal law.
  • We are required by law to collect and publicly report name, mailing address, employer, and occupation for contributions that meet or exceed certain thresholds.

5. Membership Sign-Ups, Event Registration, and Text Messaging

  • When you join as a member, register for events, or opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive emails, calls, and SMS/text messages from the Washtenaw County Republican Party using automated technology.
  • Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP or clicking “unsubscribe” in emails.

6. Volunteer-Run Organization

The Washtenaw County Republican Party is an all-volunteer organization with no paid staff. All activities are conducted by volunteers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Website and all services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Website or participation in our programs.

3. Campaign Finance Disclosure (Required by Law)

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with:
