How
Precinct delegates and certain at-large delegates given the preference under Rule 8 of
the Convention Rules, who do not plan to attend the County Convention,
must notify the chair, Jason Rogers
, of the person’s intention to become a delegate or alternate delegate to the state convention. This notification must be received no later than 8:00 PM on Monday, January 27, 2025. Nominations from the floor will also be accepted at our January 30, 2025 convention, provided that the person being nominated is in attendance, whether or not that person is a Precinct Delegate or an At-Large Delegate to the convention.
