3. What is the reason for this change? What is the intent?
4. As described, this seems complicated and time consuming. How long will it take to reach election results?
5. Alaska is sparsely populated and takes several days to achieve election results. What makes this a good idea for Michigan?
6. How many candidates will potentially be on a ballot for each race; 10? 15? 20?
7. This process seems like an expensive endeavor to implement, who is paying for this?
8. What changes will need to be made?
9. Which organizations are supporting implementing RCV?
